Crib Service

Crib Service

Thursday 24th December

St Mary’s Church, Martham

Although things are different this year due to the pandemic, we know that a number of people want something to take their children to this Christmas.  Therefore, with Risk Assessed restrictions, we will be holding our Crib Service in person.  Like normal, children (and big children) can come along dressed as a character from the biblical Christmas story which will, although socially distanced, unfold during this service.  Although we are unable to sing together, we ask that people bring percussion instruments with them; these may be recognised percussion instruments or anything that you find like a cooking pot and a wooden spoon - the more creative the better.  Some of our more mature children may also wish to bring earplugs!

To come to this service you will need to book a pew first for your household/bubble (please note that tickets are per pew for household or bubble and not per person).  Please also come wearing a facemask unless there is a medical reason preventing you.  Children may also wear a mask and decorate it to become a part of their costume.  It will be quite a sight!
