Welcome to the Parish Church of St Peter, Clippesby
St Peter's is a round-tower church, dating from the 11th Century. It is Grade II listed. Saxon, Norman, Mediaeval and Victorian influences are all apparent. It has beautiful stained glass windows, mediaeval memorial brasses and many other interesting architectural features. Its country churchyard filled with Spring wild flowers is still in in use and is cut with concern for its wild flowers and wild life. It is a haven for grasshoppers and other insects and is a tranquil green area.
